DESIGNED AROUND PET-CENTERED IDENTITY.

Pet communities, conversations and profiles often live inside general-purpose social platforms. Pawrtal explores what happens when those experiences are designed around pets and pet ownership from the beginning.

The main feed brings posting, media, reactions, comments and sharing into one clear social flow. Feed context, following controls, product navigation and pet shortcuts connect everyday participation with the identities behind it.

This direction remains a product hypothesis in active development, not completed market validation.

PEOPLE AND PETS SHARE THE PROFILE STORY.

User identity, usernames, following relationships, profile navigation, pet profiles, photos and posts sit together rather than treating pets as incidental content.

Tyger’s empty avatar is an intentional default pet state, showing how Pawrtal handles a profile before a photo is added.

SHARED SPACES WITH CLEAR ROLES.

Communities combine their own identity, membership, posts and context. Creator, admin and moderator roles support ownership and management inside each space.

04 / PRIVATE CONNECTIONS

CONVERSATIONS BEYOND THE FEED.

Private messaging extends social connection into direct conversation. The implemented interface keeps the conversation list, active exchange, participant context, presence and composer understandable without pulling attention away from the thread.

05 / RESPONSIVE EXPERIENCE

ONE PRODUCT, ADAPTED BY HIERARCHY.

The mobile profile reorganizes identity, actions, tabs and content around a compact viewport, while the mobile feed keeps the composer, post content, top actions and persistent bottom navigation close at hand.

Navigation changes and hierarchy adapts rather than reproducing the desktop layout at a smaller scale. Profile and feed behavior remain clear while content stays primary.

06 / TECHNOLOGY + PRODUCT DECISIONS

THE STACK SUPPORTS THE EXPERIENCE.

Next.js and TypeScript provide the application structure, while Tailwind CSS supports responsive interface behavior.

Supabase connects authentication, PostgreSQL-backed product data, realtime behavior and storage. Row Level Security supports privacy and access rules across connected social features.
